I'm so very excited for you about your new trainer! Hopefully this will keep you on your weightloss schedule.

I do want to point out, however, that unless a trainer is a certified dietician/nutritionist, they often know very little about diet. Please take things she says (i.e. the no eating after 8-9pm) with a grain of salt.

Good luck and hugs!

yep I'd second that, and I was very shocked when you told me she wanted you to stay in the 1600-1700 calorie range (!!!) Grain of salt, grain of salt...

It sounds great though, and your diet's looking good! Best of luck to you girl, you definitely deserve it for all the support you give people here!!

I remember starting WW and being STARVED. Remember, your bod will get used to it, and fairly quickly. You may be uncomfortable for a few days but your body will adjust. Take your own advice - make sure you're nibbling throughout the day to ensure your tummy doesn't get empty. Hugs, Alicia.

Well Shell, you've definitely got some changes going on here...hope it works out well for you. Glad you didn't have to give up the Luna bars , but oh my..don't think I could do that 6 AM bkfst...ug..and I certainly would sub my evening UFO with air popped UFO--but that's just me..and I know your main goal is weight loss so guess the hunger pangs have to go along with it!

Good luck..we're pulling for you!

Please take things she says (i.e. the no eating after 8-9pm) with a grain of salt. Well, she really did not say NOT to eat after 8-9pm... it is just that that is when my last meal is eaten. After that meal I'm done...I guess unless I figure out some meals that give me a little left over caloires, protein, carbs etc that I can come up with a SAFE snack to not put me over....

Good luck and hugs!
