Yesterday was pretty good - was forced to celebrate a coworker's BD so had to have a piece of cake. Also ate too much at dinner but it was sooo good. Other than that, a good day, even though I missed my morning snack due to a meeting (stupid job! Always getting in the way of things!!! )

Breakfast - another pineapple-mango smoothie (w/fiber) and sourdough and mint tea (300)
Lunch - red pepper slices, turkey on sourdough (234)
Snack - BD cake (!!!), apple (461 )
Dinner - Chicken w/orzo pasta, topped w/Mediterranean tomato "relish" and feta. Pineapple/mandarin orange mix. (600)
dessert - a few fruit jellies, a few choc covered dried cherries (311)

Well, the food calories (1915) were high today and the excercise was nil. But I am working out today and there will be NO birthday cake

I'm nailed!

The house is nearly all out of biscuits! Today I have had just one ginger snap (and chocolates at work and marshmallows)

I have done lots of activities though (household mainly)
I'll report later.
