seems to be a busy time of the year right now and have alot going on. I can barely remember what I ate today but here it goes because I don't want to let it slip anymore. Still taking it easy after a horrible weekend attack and don't want to miss anymore work
breakfast: applesauce cup package of animal crackers
snack: RKT
lunch: toast applesauce cup fruit snacks
snack: more animal crackers
dinner: 1/2 hamsteak and rice, greenbeans
snack: bowl of cereal veggie chips
lots and lots of water all day long, glass of low acid apple juice
I did it backwards lol I don't have my calorie count because I haven't put it into fitday yet!

I'm off track with everything! And I bought some scales last week and STILL haven't remembered to weight myself b/f breakfast yet.

I ate so badly last week, lots of treats and very little exercise as I was working very hard. Am getting back on track this week and going to the gym tonight, but have a hen weekend this weekend so that will DEFINITELY involve high calorie alcohol (yay!)
Linz, if you remember in the evening about weighing yourself put the scales somewhere you will trip over them in the morning- mine are right beside the sink in our en suite- or put your slippers on them so you are reminded of it.
Right, lets get back on track together....all aboard!

haha I know me too .. But I have been tracking on fitday religiously. I just don't have enough hours in a day to do it on there.. and on here.. but I'll update everyone if any miraculous weight loss happens.. which it still hasn't after gyming it for the first time in my life, and counting calories. SIGH.
