Loc: UK - Leeds for uni, Merseyside for home!

So it seems I have a problem....since I started calorie counting, exercising, including more fruit and veg etc 2 weeks ago I have felt so much better....but....and its a big but....I just cant stop binge eating on rubbish late at night!! Im hoping going back to uni 2moro where I have a completely different routine may help....but I just cant stop it. I am so good all day eating healthily....not even tempted to eat rubbish and then after 9pm I get these urges and I cant stop and it is literally every day....Ive looked at my food diary and for the past two weeks Ive been eating so well and then at the end of the day theres a list of foods Ive binged on last minute and ruined everything....having said that I have just had a period which took its time to come and Ive been very PMT hence why I succumbed to the chocolate again....any advice on how to stop me being so hungry late on in the eve????

a) eat more frequently- include a late night meal in your menu planning...

that is actually what I did.. when I actually am eating a planned meal between 8 and 9 I stop pigging out after 9 because I'm already full.. I can't give up chocolate as part of it.. but I can make it small amounts of healthy baked goods by freezing them in small portions or havign a regular meal followed by a choco covered peppermint stick or 2...

Yeah I'd definitely agree with what khyricat said.

Also - are you sure you're getting *enough* calories? Eating lots late at night before you go to bed can sometimes be a sign that your body's not getting enough.
