0.7 of a lb? Don't worry about it!

Could it be water weight? If you're C, it could be stool. Do you weigh yourself in the morning right after you pee, before you've drinken or eaten anything? That's the most accurate time to do it.

Hello! Didn't report yesterday because it was just too much to count...sorry! Let's see...today I had mild Bloating and an acid reflux attack but I don't know why...could be the peanutbutter I had earlier.
Breakfast: Honey Combs w/ Wheat Germ and a banana
Snack: Graham Crackers with Peach jam and Peanut butter
Lunch: Mushrooms and Carrots and I tried a bite of soy yogurt but it was disgusting. Anyone have any soy yogurt they actually like?
Snack: Apple without the peel and some Crackers w/ tuna
Dinner: Squash and a can of Progresso chicken noodle soup
I feel very full now!

I've never had it, but that's pretty much what I was picturing... banana, toffee... banoffee... hehe. Wow, that looks good. My mom used to do something similar with vanilla pudding instead of cream. I wouldn't be able to resist that, either.

Here's my Monday - pretty good (but busy) day.

breakfast - instant blueberry oatmeal, OJ w/fiber, mint tea (264)
Snack - baby carrots, UFO beverage (204)
Lunch - Turkey, lettuce, spicey mustard on small sub roll (white) (279)
Snack - green grapes (114)
Dinner - Lemon Basil Chicken soup, multigrain roll (all from Zoup!) (330)
Dessert - 2 malted eggs, 1 small choc egg, Jelly Bellys (184)

Excercise - 20 min on elliptical, 10 min walking. No abs today, had to clean out the old apartment so I can officially move out today.

Water - 70ish oz.???

Total food calories were 1374 according to fitday, but that seems pretty low (even with all that candy!). I think I burned about 250 cals on the elliptical. It doesn't seem like I'm not eating enough . . . we'll see how today shakes out.

Quote:

Today was supposed to be my weigh-in day but I didn't get up til late and forgot to weigh until after I had eaten a lot of porridge and drunk a pint of water so it can wait til tomorrow! (fingers crossed) good luck

Breakfast: Porridge and a fruit cup

Lunch: Low fat carrot and coriander soup and one slice of bread

Dinner: Prawns with red and green peppers and mushrooms and pasta, 1 tablespoon Hellmans extra light mayo to "wet it"

Snacks: 4 Carr's water biscuits (42 cals)
3 Gingernuts (129 cals)

Activities: DIY, scrubbing floors, washing up and went for a 35 minute walk Burned: 283

So today's sums are:

BMR 2308 + 283 Activities - 1751 food = 840 less 500 for weight loss leaves me 340 within budget

Back on track...will report on my weigh in in the morning. I have done tons of exercise this week so hopefully that will have balanced out the serious cheating. good luck!

My goal is to lose 5 pounds by April 30th. I have already lost 2 in my first week so 3 to go. you can still do it!!

I am off home next weekend, away at a hen weekend the following one, and away for Padhraig's birthday the following one and then back home for my brother's confirmation the following one (23rd April)and they are all events based on food and lead right up to the weekend of the wedding!

I will need to do most of my losing in the next two weeks and then just work on maintaining it before the wedding on 30th. The weekend of the confirmation will be involve a ridiculous calorie intake as my aunts will all bring their traditional speciiality desserts, completely unsafe things like pavlova, banoffee and raspberry cheesecake...mmm, but I will have to get exercise in or there is no way that dress will look respectable on me on 30th! *BTW do not even suggest abstaining from my Auntie Maura's banoffee. It is the yummiest thing ever! ok, stop it...your maiking me drool...lol
