Better! Keep it up! Hopefully the rumbly-ness went away... that's normal when you start reintroducing things, but carrots and squash are pretty safe, carrots especially, so don't be afraid to try them again.

By the way, what brand are the ff turkey dogs you're eating? I can't find those things ANYWHERE - the ff dogs I can get here are beef, and the turkey ones have 9g fat. I miss hot dogs!

I ate pretty well today considering yesterdays binge...hehehe.
Breakfast: Kashi, soymilk, and banana
Snack: applesauce, 1 graham cracker
Lunch: Mini carrots, english muffin w/ rice cheese and lettuce, boca burger
Snack: Mushrooms and Cranberies
Dinner: California blend veggies, Catfish, and Mango
Total Calories: 1129
If any one can help me with understanding fitday.com that would be great because it said I burned 3062 Calories total just today so I don't know if I'm eating enough...or if that's the way it's supposed to be...

Yes..I'll try with the carrots again today, maybe at a meal that's not dinnertime. I have had some major D this morning though, I might wait till that settles down a bit, so I can see for sure what the effect is. I started my period today, so the D might actually be from that. Bad, bad cramps!

The hotdogs are actually from Ballpark Brand! Here they are the most popular brand (well, that or Oscar Meyer). These are called Bun Size Smoked White Turkey Franks--Fat Free. http://www.ballparkfranks.com These are actually the only turkey franks they have, so if it's turkey, its fat free. They are *so* good. You just have to microwave them for 35 secs, so they are quick too. They are the kind I had been eating, even before IBS. They are that good! I can get them at any major store here, Walmart, Kroger, wherever. I even saw them at a gas station once, but somehow it just didn't seem right to by hot dogs at a gas station!

Yeah... I just got done with *that* week myself, and I've had D problems too... comes with the territory.

I'll look for them! Thanks! All I know is that I've looked at every pkg of 'dogs in my usual grocery store (Hannaford), and the one up here just doesn't carry anything fat-free or even low-fat that isn't beef or pork. Then again, my FF/LF options are slimmer up here than when I lived downstate a little... everyone up here eats fatty meat and heavy "home cooking" types of foods, sometimes it's even hard to find decent chicken. Anyway, I'll try Walmart next time I'm in one. Thanks!

That's still good Shell,
No gaining is a good thing
Remember it was 4 lbs last week so you can't expect to do that every week....
You're still our queen of the weight loss board...
Will be interested in what your PT has you do different than what you are doing now.

How much exercise do you do? How active are you?

Even if you just lie in bed, comatose, all day, your body needs probably around 1400 calories just to breathe, digest & keep you alive. Since you probably do more than lay in bed all day, you definitely need more calories than 1100.

With all the research I've done, I think that women should eat at least 1800 a day, but some disagree. Either way, less than 1400 is starving yourself.

Thank you so much for that advice but I'm still not sure because I'm only 15 if that makes any difference. I feel really full after I eat and I eat constantly so I dunno whats up. Please let me know what you think!

Good luck with the weigh in, Shell! Thanks.....see my report for the results

I'm reporting early today since I am probably leaving early. Happy Easter, all - and I will be back Monday

breakfast - cream of wheat w/soy milk and raisins, OJ w/ fiber, mint tea (354)
snack - apple (81), UFO beverage (155)
lunch - PB&J on WW (312)
snack - i may have some baby carrots (68)
dinner - plan to get a sub or something since my fridge is bare! (~500)
dessert - hopefully I can resist! any luck? lol

excercise - 20 min on elliptical w/5 min each walking warm up and cool down. Crunches and ball excercises. Burn about 200 cal. good

Total food cals ~1500-200=1300 seems a little low so maybe I will let myself have dessert!

I had a lovely day today. We had a lazy morning in, went to lots of garden centres and finally found something to make our raised beds for the vegetable patch with. We then took Lucy for a nice evening walk where she made a new friend about her age and they had a long play together.
how cute...sounds like a nice day
B - crumpet and marmite (my favourite)
L - mushroom soup and an english muffin
D - Pasta and homemade tomato and vegetable sauce

Snacks - 1 biscuit (yes only 1) good for you and some sweets (bad catherine - they always make me feel ill).

Exercise - Walked dog and dug veggie patch

Breakfast: Rice Krispies with chocolate soy milk

Lunch: small roll with tuna, corn, mayo, tomato

Dinner: YUMMY salmon with lemon and parsley sauce (I'll post the recipe) brown rice, leeks and tomatoes in balsamic vinegar sounds wonderful

Snacks: Luna Bar; UFO- Mars chocolate egg darn Easter bunny!!

Water: 80oz good

Activities: Went to gym- 10 mins fast rowing, 20 mins tough program on bike, did 8km (5 miles); treadmill walked at 5.5 km/ for 15 mins; walked a lot of the way home too, did some gardening and housework. Total burned: 391 OUTSTANDING!!

Total Calories consumed= 2209
BMR + Activities - Food = Consumed
2308+391-2209 =490 (target is 500)

So 10 over budget despite all that exercise. Shouldn't have had the mars egg, or should have had fruit instead of the luna and I would have been OK. glad you have thought about what you COULD have done...makes it easier the next time....

Feeling slightly demotivated, was very excited earlier having gone to the gym. no, you really did good today!

Tamara- found out that my viscount mint biccies had 88 cals not the 56 I was counting I read the wrong pack OOPS
