BOy their are a lot of posts today! My question is: when I treadmill I can put in my weight and the calories get calculated (my bike doesn't do it for my weight but just average) but then when I go to the online calorie counter and put in my age, weight and height it gives me a much higher number usually. Of course I want to think that one is right! but yet my home treadmill does take in my weight. So how do I know?

Well from everything I've read, the calculators on treadmills and bikes are NOTORIOUSLY inaccurate. However most things say that they grossly OVERESTIMATE your calories burned, and you seem to be experiencing the opposite. So... not sure. Maybe averaging them might be the best option??
