Today was such a lazy day for me! I didn't get out of bed until after 10:00 (wasn't sleeping, just couldn't get out of bed).

Pre-Breakfast - graham crackers
Breakfast - oatmeal w/ maple syrup & rice milk, jar of baby food pears
Lunch - leftover herbed chicken fettucini (very good but after the 3rd day of eating it, it didn't agree with me too well.)
I took a nap in the afternoon and woke up with a mild stomach ache so I had a 1/2 grapefruit and some pretzels for a snack which made it even worse.
Dinner - I still had a stomach ache but was hungry so I had a leftover rotisserie chicken sandwich with light mayo on wheat with some oven fries.
Late evening snack - peanut butter crunch Cliff bar
Water - at least 64oz

I've been noticing a pattern lately... at night just after I eat my dinner, I start to get a little sick feeling and really lethargic... tonight was by far the worst yet. So, unfortunately, I think my morning sickness has officially started . I'm happy to be pg, but not looking forward to being sick a lot... I'm really really hoping that this is the extent of it... but we'll see.

Looks like another great day!! Do you think the calorie counting is helping you to be more aware of how much you were/are eating? Have you noticed that you are eating less? Do you count calories before or after you have already eaten?

I took a nap in the afternoon and woke up with a mild stomach ache so I had a 1/2 grapefruit and some pretzels for a snack which made it even worse. Yes, I was wondering what you were doing you crazy lady...if my tummy hurt the last thing I would eat is grapefruit...well, maybe not the last thing but pretty darn close...LOL
Dinner - I still had a stomach ache but was hungry so I had a leftover rotisserie chicken sandwich with light mayo on wheat with some oven fries.
Late evening snack - peanut butter crunch Cliff bar THAT is the one I was gonna try... entering it into my PDA now!!
Water - at least 64oz

dinner: shrimp coconut soup and Asian bruschetta sounds good, not sure if I could do the coconut...but I might have to give it a try sometime. with extra spinach- 400 cals The light coconut milk adds very little fat to the whole thing but the smell is awesome! I cut fat by not using any oil or butter when cooking and the rest of the meal too was FF. BTW the asian bruschetta can be made without dried mushrooms- just sub. some broth for the soaking liquid.
