Hiya!
I am going to try making Shell's Turkey Meatloaf tonight with garlic mashed potatoes (using potatoes, garlic and chicken broth). Only thing is, I have never made it before and I have NO IDEA how many calories are in either!
I stuck to the recipe amounts, so if anyone else has done the same and knows the calories per serving, I'd really appreciate it!
I am looking forward to it, I am so hungry!!!

Oh, sorry sweetie I did not reply right away... kinda been a crazy day....

The recipe that is in the newsletter for my meatloaf is 1205 calories for the WHOLE thing, now just divide by however many slices YOU got out of it.... that will give you your calories per serving.

Can you give me a link to the potato recipe you used? Was it this one? web page .... if so...

approx 335 for the whole recipe, so divide by how many protions YOU get to figure out the caloires per serving.

The potatoes I made were..
2 large potatoes, peeled and cut up in boiling water w/2 cloves of garlic.
Mashed together with about 1/4 cup of chicken broth.
Found it on the exchange somewhere!!
