I just picked it up today, and they have a whole feature on how it's actually more beneficial to do 3 10-minute workouts per day than 1 30-minute one. Of course, they then give you the workouts to do, recommending that you do the entire routine (all 3 segments) 2-3 times a week, with a day of rest in between (because there is some weight/sculpting, not just cardio).
Anyway, I'd just thought I'd give a heads-up, for anyone who thinks they have to get up at an ungodly hour to exercise or they won't be able to fit it into their schedule... just about everyone can squeeze 10 minutes here and there, and it looks like a pretty complete workout. The magazine should still be on newsstands.
I'll be trying it tomorrow.

I should really read all the articles in CL.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
