Hey.. I know it is annoying that it doesn't have alot of foods on it. I've been adding them in myself.. but it does definitly take motivation. boo.

The site is great Ashley, I am just LAAAAZZZZYYYYYYYY!!
But since we are both putting things up there it means that one day ALL the IBS recipe exchange foods will be up there one day,
I haven't filled it in the last 2 days as I want to give myself a chance to get better and get active before trying this, I am still exhausted. I am not going to have a weight goal I think, just a tone goal. I might book my assessment at the gym and do an "inches from my @ss" goal!

Am considering spin but have never done it before- I think I will report in too, but am a bit too lazy to calorie count! LOL but it really makes you pay attention to what and how MUCH... I signed up for fitday.com on Ashley's recommendation Good!! but get lazy when it doesn't have the food I want on it! then go to www.calorieking.com to find those items...it is great!

Sorry I am ramling....congrats again and keep it up, you are such an inspiration... Thanks again!!

Here is the recipe . If you can handle 1T of cheese on each they are so good. I handled it just fine. I can't live without a cheese treat a couple times a year. I make the calzones with mashed potatoes wetted with chicken stock and add smoked salmon chunks and a little horseradish. It is super easy to make.
