I LOST 1.6 POUNDS! I'm so excited... I learned a lesson this week. I haven't been reporting in because I felt so bad about what I ate and I got all depressed. Then I was dreading the weigh-in and pow! I lost! So now I know to keep reporting in no matter what. I obviously wasn't as bad as I thought I was. I just wanted to share. Thanks for all your support.
