Ok I need a little bit of support here. I had been going to the gym everyday but since around December of last year I stopped going and I don't know why. Well I decided after I finally got done with my move that I am going to go back to the gym. I got on the scale and oh boy I gained so much weight back that I had lost. I can't believe how bad I have been doing.

I have now vowed that I am going to completly change and will work out everyday but Sunday. I want to lose the weight that I gained plus get down to my goal weight. I have been trying now for four years trying to get to my goal weight and I know that I will do it.

I will check in with you guys every week to let you know how I am doing. I see my nurse practitioner next week and that is the scale that I usually use to go by how much weight I lose and gain. I really need to lose this weight. I am tired of having it.

Any help or suggestions that you have would be very much appreciated.

Michelle

Welcome. I have no wise words of wisdome for you. We all support each other here. Remember weight loss is HARD WORK. Be patient and forgive yourself for mistakes. You're human. Going to the gym is a great idea - but go back to it slowly so you don't cause muscle strain. Build up your strength before going into it really strong. It takes time. We're here for you! If you want to, you can report in and let us know how you're doing - it's a great thing for accountability and support.

Ok I need a little bit of support here. That is what we are here for.. I had been going to the gym everyday but since around December of last year I stopped going and I don't know why. Ok... lots of people do that.... Well I decided after I finally got done with my move that I am going to go back to the gym. I got on the scale and oh boy I gained so much weight back that I had lost. I can't believe how bad I have been doing. But, you can do something about it...so don't be hard on yourself....

I have now vowed that I am going to completly change and will work out everyday but Sunday. You sound like me...!! We can do this together.... I want to lose the weight that I gained plus get down to my goal weight. You don't have to tell us how much you weigh but how many more pounds do you need to lose to get to your goal? Do you have a date in mind that you would like to lose a certain amount of pounds by? I have been trying now for four years trying to get to my goal weight and I know that I will do it. Yes... you WILL!!

I will check in with you guys every week to let you know how I am doing. I see my nurse practitioner next week and that is the scale that I usually use to go by how much weight I lose and gain. I really need to lose this weight. I am tired of having it.

Any help or suggestions that you have would be very much appreciated. Would love to see some sample meals of what you eat in a day....so that we can see where you might be able to make some changes IF needed.

Michelle
