Right, Ive had enough....Ive been saying for months now that Im going to get myself fit and try to lose the flab around my waist which seems to be expanding and I dont like it!! My pants are getting tight now and its GOTTA GO I cant take feeling all bloated and flubbery around there its just too uncomfortable. I am 5"4/5 and weigh about 10 and a half stone dont know what that is in kilos etc....Ideally I wana be 9-9 1/2 stone so I wana lose a stone, slowly so I keep it off...mainly I just wana tone up....I really need to get on with doing sit ups and yoga daily etc....Im going to the gym on monday...have a free pass for 2 weeks...as a kick start....am also after that gona start going for a jog a few times a week with my flatmates!!

Now this is where I need all of your help.....I am gona try cutting back on the calories...I never have more than 25-30g fat per day but calorie wise I havent got a clue. Thing is I dont even know how to count calories on stuff....like how ya meant to know how many calories are in a slice of white french bread if its fresh and has no label??? Any help on this would be great...may even start reporting in when I get started.....so for you calorie counting peeps how do I do it??

There are some online calorie counters, as well as some palm-pilot style counters. I'm sure others will give you better direction than I can - I'm on Weight Watchers. This is a great board - everyone is so supportive of each other. It's very open-ended - post whatever report you like any way you like. We will support you! It's a great team effort here.
