I was using the straps Still needed those 50 million pillows. I'm doing it at home and the lady on my tv makes it look SO easy. If I continue to enjoy it (despite my embarrasment at my total lack of flexibility) I might go to a class nearby.

When I was doing classes we'd get new people in who could hardly move and after one course they'd loook like they could always fold in half! And then there was another guy with dodgy knees who ALWAYS had trouble just sitting cross legged (cushion under each knee as well as to sit on) but he was practially expert level - could do loads of inverted poses and stuff. Everyone's different and yoga caters for all.
