Here is a link to CathUK's Report In

Quote:

Well, my eating habits are still rubbish and I'm probably still putting on weight BUT ...

I went to Yoga twice this week and went to an hour long Pilates class this morning. I'm a bit stiff now, but I've really enjoyed myself.

Soon I'll get to start taking the dog for walks (she gets her final vaccs next week) and that should help too.

Over and out!

I'm going to report early today since I won't have internet access over the weekend. Speaking of . . . I'm hoping I can keep up my new eating habits when I get off my weekday routine. I know there are going to be more temptations to eat (and drink!) over the weekend - aaaaahh! Stay strong!!

Breakfast - multi-grain hot cereal made w/vanilla soy milk, cinnamon and golden raisins added. OJ with fiber. 16 oz coffee w/cream and sugar
Snack - few sticks of red and green pepper
Lunch - Lemon pepper turkey on sourdough w/mustard and soy cheddar. More pepper from snack.
Dinner (plans) - grilled chicken breast w/mango salsa, maybe with rice, too.

Plan to go swimming after work - HATE swimming but it's been the only cardio I can do while my foot's getting better. I'll probably do about a half mile/little over half hour workout. VERY slow pace.

Shell - no I don't do stretches, what kind did you do? My podiatrist has not been very helpful. I do wear my running shoes most of the day w/orthotics.

Water - one giant glass for the morning (not sure how many oz - probably 20-24). Plan to have another after lunch, and more after swimming. Again, can't quantify exactly.

Have a good weekend, everyone!

DRINK WATER, DRINK WATER, DRINK WATER!!

Hee hee. I said I'd push you if you'd push me!! I think it is so weird, some days I have NO problem getting like.. 100 oz of water, and some days I can only get like 40 oz in! I think I need to give up other drinks to encourage myself to drink water.. except herbal tea, that is. I've been drinking some juice and stuff lately, oh darn it which I haven't been adding to my calorie count, duh!!!

Anywho, just a reminder.. DRINK WATER! You're feeling veeeeeeerry thirsty... Wouldn't some WATER be nice?

*hugs*
Hope your legs calm down and that the yoga helps, don't push yourself too hard!!

also- on days when I can't seemt o drink the ater, I can drink huge amounts of lukewarm herbal tea in a short period of time, so sometimes that helps (32 ounces in under an hour...

Reporting in now since I'm going to bed soon (I woke up with a sore throat and a stuffy nose this morning, it's developed into a full blown cold, I've been blowing my nose so much)

Breakfast: plain toasted bagel with pumpkin butter
At work: cup of unsweetened applesauce, piece of spinach bread, plain bagel with a smidge of peanut butter and seedless strawberry jelly, vegan blueberry muffin
Dinner: soup (vegetable broth with rice and leftover stir fry veggies in it), half a piece of spinach bread, 2 No Pudge brownies

water: 48 oz (not counting the soup)

exercise: 20 minute walk to work with laptop bag, 10 minute round trip walk to the eye doctor (cracked one of my earpieces on my glasses last night, luckily it was easily fixed), 20 minute walk home with laptop bag

Hopefully I'll wake up feeling a little better....

Hi guys,
Okay, today I did 30 minutes of elliptical machine and burned 130 calories. Then I did sit ups, leg lifts, push ups and tricep lifts.. but I dunno how much that burns.
Food Budget: 1355 calories

Breakfast: Lemonzest Luna Bar = 180 calories

Lunch: Slice of white bread w/ICBINB = 198 calories

Snack: 15 g pretzels and 2 arrowroot cookies = 115 calories

Snack: Rice crispy square = 200 calories

Dinner: I am going out for dinner with my mom, I don't know where... I will add later.

Calorie total so far: 733 - I was really nervous about eating before I went out to my psychiatrist appointment so I didn't eat much.

AND FOR MY WEIGH IN, I LOST.... 0 POUNDS!!
I am kinda disappointed, but I am thinking that I shouldn't be hard on myself the first week and if I still haven't lost anything in the second week, I will start to worry. The psychiatrist told me that the medication I am on will make it harder for me to lose weight, and probably accounts for why I gained so much weight so fast. He said almost all the women he sees with digestive problems also have weight problems.

So not great, but not anything to cry about! I'll do better next week!
Off for dinner, see ya'll later!
*hugs*

Breakfast- Some dry cocoa puffs cereal ( I was at my aunts house and they didn't have much to eat)

Lunch- took my goddaughter and two lil cousins out to lunch at ruby tuesdays. I got the salad bar.. and I have no clue how many calories that has.. just tons of veggies and one time going up I had fat free rasberry vin and second time up honey mustard.

Snack- pirates booty, green apple, and a frozen watermelon martini

Dinner- sesame teryaki lomein (homemade) with chicken, broccoli, water chesnuts, carrots, onions, mushrooms and green peppers.

Exercise- about 18 mins on the eliptical (200 calories) and then 1 hour of belly dancing class at the gym. Was very chill class though, so I may have toned, but don't think it burned many calories.
