Hi Shell, Your article was very interesting. I had Gastric Bypass surgery one year ago tomorrow. Since the surgery I have had IBS and have worrried about gaining the weight I have lost. Have you talked to anyone on this website who has had GB and developed IBS? I am going to use some of your tools to help me maintain my weight loss. Again, thanks and good luck with your own health!
