Has anyone tried to combine weight watchers and the IBS eating plan? I'm finding it difficult and could do with some tips!

Yes... both
Alicia (aka HanSolo)
Jenny (aka chinagrl)

I'm sure one if not both of them will reply to this post.

Yeah, I'm finding it tough, too. All our soluble fibre foods that are our IBS anchors are all 4 points or more! So by the time you get down some SF, you're almost out of points.
Here's a few tips:
Unsweetened applesauce cups - 1 point and totally safe
Unsweetened jell-0 - 1 point per cup
Weight Watchers sliced white bread- 1 point per 2 slices (this is really my anchor) - I include it at almost every meal and snack. Find it in the bread section of your grocery store.
2 point Turkey sandwiches - 4 slices WW bread
1 slice turkey, lettuce, ff mayo and mustard. Makes 2 sandwiches.
I'll post more when I think of it ....
oh - peeled apples too.
