I just read your story in the IBS Newsletter...thank you for sharing your story and inspiration with us! *hugs* you're an amazing woman Shell...I hope you do write that book! And thanks for the yummy sounding recipe!

You're very brave to write about your experiences. I would buy your book in a heartbeat. Can I get signed copy? I really think you should write your book if you feel you have one inside of you...and I'd be happy to support you in any way I can! *hugs*

Hi Shell,
what an amazing story. You're truly an inspiration. It was perfect timing for me to read that this morning since I was soooo depressed that NOTHING in my closet fit me today. I'm currently wearing a skirt that I had to leave partially unzipped cause it wa too tight. I only have about 8-10 lbs to lose but I just can't stop eating!!! I'm going to try to take a page from your book & be better about my food choices.

I went to school for writing and lit. So let me at it! I used to edit everyone's papers in high school/colleg...it's fun stuff for me!
