Hello everyone! I have not been on the site forever and it's good to be back! Love the fitness section! Shell Mar you look amazing! Way to go! I am struggling with getting back into fitness after having a heart-procedure that went bad this summer ending up in hospitalization and a blood clot in my lung. Fun, eh?! I am slowly working my way back. Any suggestions on low-impact cardio that will burn off calories, but not get my heart-rate up too high?

Jump on a tread mill or elliptical...there are LOTS of settings on them. If you are a member of a gym; find an employee there, tell them what you need and ask them to show you how the settings work.
