Just wanted to let you all know I'm counting my calories very strictly at the moment. My good doc recently prescribed a med called Periactin as a migraine preventive and one of its side effects is increased appetite and weight gain! So I'm determined not to let that happen!! I'm also making sure I get at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day. I won't be reporting in every day, but I just wanted to let you know I'm tracking it.
The Periactin already seems to be helping the migraines, thank goodness!

Long time, no see! It's great to see you back. I hope that new medication is helping your migraines.. what day are you at now without one?
Good for you for keeping up with the fruit and veg, I am really trying to add more back in but I am so scared that I keep moving them around on my plate and not eating them! I'll get better, though!
I'm glad you're taking care of yourself, make sure not to push it too hard and make yourself ill and more migraine prone!
