and it was AWESOME!

i've always been a dancer, and took dance class for about 14 years.. but I quit when I turned 18.

It was awesome to go back.. I learned four music video dances and definitly broke a sweat. The only sucky part is that the class is only tuesdays at 7:30 and I usually have class until 7:30.. but I think i'll bring my gym clothes to school incase we get out at 7:20 once in awhile.. then i'll just book it over there.. I highly recommend trying it if your gym offers it!

Way to go, Ashley!
I went to a class called.. um.. Body Jam.. in England, and it was awesome - all different styles of dance to contemporary music, I worked out SO HARD and it exhausted me but it was so much fun. I ended up not being able to go once I was working and it was on too early for me to get to.
At the fitness club I currently belong to (but am attempting to cancel my membership) they have a stripper aerobics class, hee hee!
I'm glad you found something you like - I hope you can manage to make it after your class!!
Keep up the good work!

I don't have much of a report today... I know, I've been bad, I haven't been reporting... someone kick my @$$!

Breakfast - oatmeal
Lunch - leftover mashers (see recipe board) and jasmine rice
Snacks - banana, honeycomb, mandarin orange cake, toast w/ jelly
Dinner - tuna casserole, carrots

Calories - No idea. I'm too lazy to calculate what's in the casserole or the mashers, but I have a pretty good guess that I'm right around 1800. I'm pretty consistent like that these days.

Fruits and veggies - banana, mashers, veggies in the casserole, carrots = 4

Activity - nada

It's a miracle that I haven't gained any weight... I'm still holding steady at 125. Amazing.

Hi guys,
No real report from me today - I had a really bad day today, bad tummy.. bad day overall really. I know I drank enough water today, and I haven't eaten much so I am pretty sure I was within my calorie budget.
I didn't do any exercise, due to the bad tummy.
Hope I will be back to reporting in normally tomorrow.
Cheers!

OK... here is my reporting in......

My BMR = 2408 + I burned 860 calories 65 minutes on Elliptical (my body scuplting class was cancelled) - 1246 less calories to get to my goal = 2022 calorie food budget .

Breakfast: 170 calories Toasted Nuts N Cranberry Luna bar & Water

Lunch : 297 calories Subway Sandwich (6" White w/Tuna, Easy Lettuce and Pickle) & water

At the gym: 10 calories Altoids (I chewed one, and tucked one in each cheek while working out, it makes my water feel colder then it really is... I used to do this all the time and completely forgot about it....it was nice)

After the gym: 150 calories Poweraide

Snacks during the day: 406 calories Baked Lays, Gummie Hearts (1/2 off Valentine Candy) & Water

Dinner: 444 calories Bevr's Sausage & Rice Skillet this was yummy yummy!! & Water

Fiber Pills: 2.25 calories total

Without any more snacks at all....(subject to change) = 1479.25 calories

Total Water intake = 64oz

I DID have UFO w/more water. So that added 250 calories for a total of 1729.25 still in my budget

ok, felt icky due to my emetophobia and having to take over a co-worker's classes for the day since he was really nauseous....

breakfast: plain toasted bagel with pumpkin butter
at work: cup of unsweetened applesauce, piece of spinach bread, 3/4 cup white rice, vegan blueberry muffin
Dinner: two Dunkin' Donuts plain bagels (over the course of 3 hours)
and 6 pieces of Wrigley's doublemint gum over the course of the day since I was nauseous!

water: 32 oz (barely) (ugh, bad Melissa!)

exercise: 20 minute walk into work with laptop bag, running around the classroom answering questions for 6 hours
