Everyone post their report for what you did on 2/20 here.... mine will follow later.... but not until next week since Shane & I will be out of town to see his step father who is in the hospital. So, everyone continue to support each other.... I'll be back!

We are home.....we had a great visit....step dad looks really good. Now, I'm off to the couch with my Techni Hot Pack...(it's a life saver) cuz I have really bad menstrual cramps (darn thing started about a week early) Oh, well... my honey is home to pamper me.....hehehe

Hi all! Exercise: Some housecleaning, 28 calories burned.
Food Budget: 1253 calories
Breakfast: Lemon Zest Luna Bars and Mango/Peach Applesauce = 273 calories
Snack: Pretzel sticks = 110 calories
Lunch: Leftover pasta with some sauce = 277 calories
Dinner: Grilled halibut, lemon rice and carrots and asparagus = 321 calories
Snack: Popcorn and UFO = 273 calories
TOTAL = 1253 calories, EXACTLY my food budget - how'd that happen??
I am supposed to have 80 oz of water a day, and today I had... 96!! Yay on me!

26 points - 3 activity points = 23 points (target 22).
I made it to the gym twice this weekend! Then I stepped on the scale this morning to see if I'd lost any weight and I hadn't. It's been 4 days so I figured if I was supposed to lose 2 pounds a week that I'd lose one in the four days. I was discouraged. Wish I hadn't gotten on the darn scale.

I only weigh in once a week for that very reason. You might even be gaining muscle which weighs more.....give yourself a few more days or even a week and then look again. Good luck Alicia!
