and I did a ton of housework today- and was out of breath and dizzy from it several times so I had to stop.. but the laundry is all done...

GOOD JOB LADIES!!!!

I've just gotten my period wednesday so i've been eating like a cooooooooooooooooooooow.

Breakfast- dry honeycomb

Lunch- two steamed veggie dumplings and a funfetti totally not ibs safe cupcake with pink vanilla frosting and sprinkles.

Snack- doritos. can you say stupid?

Dinner- about a half a cup of pasta (very small amount) and ANOTHER cupcake.

Desert- two fun size packs of skittles, three twizzlers, and one fun size pack of candy hearts.

OH AND TWO BUD LIGHTS while watching the notebook tonight with my friend chris.

YES HI my names Ashley and I'm on the rag and eating like crazy. Anyways.. I am determined to start working out for real, and eating right. So I am hoping this post will shame me into watching what I eat better. I swear at this moment I look five months pregnant and I can't tell if its because of IBS, my period, or the fact that I may have gained about fifty pounds in the last two days. grrr.

Dinner: pasta with garden combination tomato sauce, piece of spinach bread, 2 No Pudge brownies

long weekend without the bf since he's going home to Houston until Monday, so I'm going to try the new belly dancing book I got, and maybe try to start the yoga one I have back up again....

That is so great. I'm finding it hard to stay within my target (20 pts) and still feel reasonably full. I am going to make up a big pot of the WW soup tomorrow and go back to eating that for snacks maybe with one or two ff saltines.

I'm finding that eating a couple of graham crackers for a snack doesn't fill me up nearly as much as a container of yogurt or even an apple. The yogurt is out now because I cannot stomach the soy stuff.

Please share any insights you have because I have really been struggling the past two weeks. I did really well for a while, but I have to admit I was starving all the time.

I feel the same way, too. It's easy for others who can eat fresh fruit, like apples, etc. It's really hard to incorporate the soy stuff as it's such high points due to the sugar. I find I really like 4 melba toasts with a tad of fat free cream cheese. That seems to be able to tide my hunger over. I just hate the feeling of being hungry! They say with WW you should never feel that way but I find that's only if you can eat fruits and veggies raw - which we can't.
