I did an aerobics class today. I didn't wanna go tonight, but someone up there was looking out for me because I was able to fit a pair of sweats I haven't fit since before Ben was born...so I was all pumped up to give it my all tonight!

I also tried on my favorite jeans and I am about a month (tops) from fitting them...I am so so so excited. I have a ton of cute clothes that gradually decrease in size as I get smaller - I am pretty excited about fitting my favs over again!

I walked on my treadmill this morning. I might have to skip tomorrow because the treadmill repair person is supposed to come by to fix it!

Breakfast: oatmeal w/ brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice & chopped canned peaches
Lunch: progresso chicken noodle soup
Snacks: jelly on toast, banana, cake, crackers
Dinner: baked chicken & oven fries

Food & drinks total: 1777
Fruits & veggies: canned peaches, banana, veggies in the soup, 2 potatoes = 5

Activity:
random housework -100

Yeah, I was a little high today. Not stressing about it. I weighed myself this morning and I'm still holding steady at 125ish (I was actually 123 today), so I'm definitely not worrying so much about days where I pig out.

breakfast: toasted plain bagel with pumpkin butter
At work: cup of unsweetened applesauce, piece of spiced peach cake, plain bagel with smidge of peanut butter and seedless strawberry jelly, No Pudge brownie, another piece of spiced peach cake, potato gnocchi with rice cheese and garlic pepper and a piece of spinach bread, No Pudge brownie
(I should probably note that on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, I'm at work from 9AM to 6PM, and then go straight to a night class, don't get home until 9:30-10PM those nights, so what I eat at work is lunch and dinner)

water: 64 oz! (wohoo, now if I can just keep that up...)

exercise: 20 minute walk to work with laptop bag, 20 minute walk home without laptop bag (bf carried my bag home again, I didn't get a choice in the matter

Ok, now that I've reached the 64 oz a day of water goal, next thing is to maintain that, and work on the eating more fruits and veggies, which I'm gonna try to do by eating a more varied lunch instead of just a PB&J bagel every day, any ideas for quick, portable lunches?
