Sorry I haven't been reporting in for the past few days, it's been kinda stressful at work...

Breakfast: 2 equalactin (I just got some this weekend since I've never had an SFS to try), toasted plain bagel with pumpkin butter
At work: cup of unsweetened applesauce, piece of spiced peach cake, plain bagel with smidge of peanut butter and seedless strawberry jelly
V-Day dinner with the boy: 1 equalactin, 3 pieces of bread, spaghetti with tomato sauce (playing it kinda safe since I was really stressed earlier in the day and almost had an attack)

water: 50 oz (go me!)

exercise: 20 minute walk to work with laptop bag, 2 straight hours of running around the classroom answering questions (I didn't have a TA, and EVERYONE had questions, thus kinda stressful), 6 block walk to and from restuarant and the car

Getting a little better, I made spinach bread this weekend I've been munching on for a little bit more veggie in my diet. Also ordered a belly dancing book that I'm looking forward to starting!
