No...hubby and I aren't watching the Super Bowl. We built a drawing board today for him to work at home!

Okie dokie food for today:

2 apples
1 potato
2.5 cups white rice
.75 cups tomato sauce
.25 cups lentils
.75 cups brown rice
2oz. sardines (canned in water)
.005 cups almons (5 almonds!)
Imagine Tomato Soup--2 cups

That's a total of: 1,403 calories. Fat 14% Carbs 74% Protein 13%

I'm on my 3rd glass of water (12 oz glasses) and I had 2 cups of tea. Not done drinking for the night though! Exercise for the day: Playing with the dog and building a table with hubby. No sugar! DAY 6 OF ABSTINENCE BABY!

Yeah Ruchie! Not bad at all!

I, on the other hand, have had a really bad food day. We went to Walmart on Friday and bought a package of pull-apart rolls from the bakery. I can't stop eating the cussed things. I don't even want to know how many calories are in each one... I've probably gone over my limit twice over today.

Breakfast: oatmeal w/ fruit cocktail
Lunch: baked beans & a couple rolls
Snacks: way too many more of those stupid rolls, dulce de leche luna bar, chocolate applesauce bread, banana
Dinner: baked herbed tilapia, basmati rice w/ onion & ginger, peas

Calories: not even gonna guess!
Fruits & veggies: fruit cocktail, banana, peas

Activity: I was pretty active for about an hour, working on auctions... maybe -100 or so.

My goal for tomorrow - in addition to NOT eating the rest of that bread - is to do as much yoga as I can do without killing myself. If I report in tomorrow night and "yoga" isn't in my activity section, I want you all to yell at me!

I wasn't great in the fruit/veggie dept, I'm slightly C today, so it's catching up to me...

breakfast: toasted plain bagel with homemade pumpkin butter
Over the course of the day: applesauce muffin, 1/4 of Trader Joe's roasted vegetable pizza (serving size is 1/3), some arrowroot cookies, plain bagel with smidge of peanut butter and seedless strawberry jelly
Super bowl party w/bf: lots of club crackers (only thing there I could eat) and 12 oz can of Sprite (poured into a plastic cup and most of the bubbles swirled out)

water: 48 oz.

exercise: lugging 3 loads of laundry to the laundromat a block away and back, 30 minutes of vacuuming (I broke a sweat doing it, so I figure it counts)

Yeah, I so need more fruits/veggies....not doing great today either, and we're going out to dinner tonight for my birthday tomorrow, so it depends on what's safe....so if on Wed, I don't report some fruits or veggies, smack me!
