Hi Everybody!

Breakfast: Dry Honeycomb cereal (150 calories)

Lunch: Progresso chicken rotini soup (170 calories) and a hunk of sourdough bread (guessing 70ish) and a coke (100)

Snacks: choc peppermint luna bar (180), and this is where I lost count of calories... umm a handful of toasted oatmeal cereal, and about 1/3cup of assorted candies (swedish fish, sourpatch kids, sour gummy worms etc).

Dinner- its tuesday so like usually I get my chinese food... moogoogaipan and steamed veggie dumplings but only eat half of each. the rest I save for tomorrow.

Exercise.. running around campus all day and 8min abs.

Go Ashley! You're eating well!

Breakfast: orange juice pancakes, canned sliced peaches
Lunch: pasta w/ soy parmesan
Snacks: banana, toast, luna bar, 1/4 cup vanilla Rice Dream ice cream
Dinner: baked chicken, a BIG sweet potato, peas

Food & drinks total: 1557ish
Fruits & veggies: canned peaches, banana, sweet potato (=2), peas = 5

Activity:
auction-related work, on and off all day (very physical), approximately -180 & that's probably conservative

By the way, I hopped on the scale yesterday and I'm still holding steady at 125, so I'm happy - my binging last week apparently didn't make a difference.

Oh shoot... I forgot my PDA at home on the charger and it has everything in it that I ate.... so, I will have to do my report either tonight or in the morning.

Totally blew it. Ate at Mom's and had WAY too much spaghetti and garlic bread. I was so full I was still stuffed at bedtime. Can definitely cut down on the pasta without going hungry! Had baked french fries at lunch after I had eaten a nice healthy low cal salad. Blew it! How's that for my first post?

Personally, I see that as positive. You pinpointed a problem for yourself - your food choices seem good to me, but portion size is an issue. Knowing is half the battle, as they say.
