BMR of about 2000. Minus 500 to shift some weight gives me 1500 to play with. Unfortunately that includes my walk!

Breakfast: Bread and jam = 107 calories.

Lunch: 1/4 mug of soup (the rest went flying ) = 32 calories. Pasta with spray oil, garlic salt and herbs (to replace the lost lunch) = 363 calories. Square of chocolate to cheer me up for sending food flying = 19 calories.

Snacks this afternoon: 2 cups of tea with soy milk = 41 calories. Another square of chocolate (bad me) = 19 calories. Two slices toast with Marmite (hungry after my walk) = 178 calories.

So that's 760 calories so far and the pasta dinner I'm planning is 650 calories...so there's 90 calories left for snacks.

This is easy. Why haven't I been losing weight ANYWAY!!!

LOL! Okay so I have to ask - how did it go flying? I hate it when I spill food.

Hm, I know this is hard with your fibro, but maybe more exercise? Not sure what limitations you have.

Good job on staying within your calorie limit!

How did my soup go flying - I don't know! I'm so clutzy with the Fibro. One moment it was on the counter in the mug, the minute it was on the counter under the microwave! Grrrrr.

More exercise would be hard. I already walk 45minutes-1hour a day and I'm trying to do my yoga 3 times a week. Unfortunately that's my limit.

Hi Linz!
Welcome, congrats on your first reporting in! I think that sounds like a pretty good reporting in. It sounds like you eat really healthily (is that a word??). If you eat like that every day and are doing the 45min-1 hour of walking AND yoga three times a week I don't know why you aren't just losing oodles of weight!
It must be really hard getting as much exercise in as you want with the fibro, but it sounds like you are doing a really awesome job.
Keep up the good work!

OK... here is my reporting in......

My BMR = 2408 + I burned 1476 calories 16 minutes on Stair Climber & 60 minutes Turbo Kick Boxing Class - 1329 less calories to get to my goal = 2555 calorie food budget .

TURBO KICK BOXING Pre-designed Kickboxing interval class using no equipment. Cardio section uses intensity drills and increased energy sprints followed by work recovery segments.

Breakfast: 180 calories Dulce de Leche Luna bar & Water

Lunch : 297 calories Sandwich at Subway (6" Tuna on White w/Easy Lettuce & Pickle)

After the gym: 150 calories Poweraide

Dinner: 505 calories Leftover RF Cream Of Chicken Soup (does not bother me, does have dairy etc) over White Rice & Water

Just a little stress after dinner, Shane may have lost a bunch of his credit cards.... still not sure yet....he thinks he left them at home, I can't find them....he does not have them He said he will look when he gets home FRIDAY NIGHT Hope he will not have to cancel them. We needed one of them for the rental car for the weekend that I'm gonna be there. WISH US LUCK!

Fiber Pills: 2.25 calories total

Without any more snacks at all....(subject to change) = 1659.25 calories

Total Water intake = 48oz BAD SHELL Having a hard time with this one......

I DID have UFO w/more water. That added 250 calories for a total of 1809.25 still WELL within my budget

Alright so let's see if I can remember...

Breakfast: toast with soy wonder and honey and a banana

Snack: applesauce

Lunch: baked potato with turkey chili

Snack: Pretzels

Dinner: Turkey Sandwich (emphasis on the bread )

Exercise: 45 minute walk/run with the dog (she's small and goes SO fast!)

So today was a much better day for food, but it's because I have Wednesdays off and it's much easier on my mind to be a little more "daring" with my foods knowing that I'll be at home shall a problem arise. I'm sure everyone can understand that, right?
