I do think they contain some dairy, though. I would suggest eating just one little one and see what happens. They may not be for everybody. I carry them in my purse for those times I get shaky for something sweet. They are my favorite! There is a little dairy so if dairy is a major trigger for you then be warned. I have one (just one) every night. My DH brings them home from work and rations them out to me like a good night kiss!!
