How is the book??

I was just wondering if all of you have purchased the book?? If anyone could repsond to me and tell me what they think I would love to order it. I am 18 and I was diagnosed when I was 7 years old and one day one thing will trigger a problem and the next day it'll be fine. If I can get myself on steady diet that would help prevent my problem along with my MEDS. that would be GREAT! Thanks for your time!

Order both books if you can afford to. The First Year of IBS is very informative and most of all, reassuring. The recipe book only works if you follow the recipes.  I am not really a cook...in fact, I usually get hurt in the kitchen , but these are the greatest recipes, and can be easily made. Early successes and good tasting foods are great motivators.

Wonderful. A life saver. A bible. Check it out online. Heather gives us a very extensive look at the contents of the book. The information at the beginning of the book is the most helpful I have ever seen. The recipes are yummy. Definitely, buy it! You will not be sorry.
