Thank you for this info. I don't have pain, so it must be something else.

Hi My Fellow IBS Cyberfriends

I know it's been a long, long, long time since I've been here and the reason for this is that my boyfriend Chris and I are in the process of packing and moving because we've decided to buy our very first home!!!!

I wanted you to know that I think of you guys every single day and the fact that we are all constantly dealing with our sensitive systems.

To let you know how I've been doing, since I've started following Heather's eating guidelines (although there are still some foods that I cannot digest) and taking Oxypowder every other day, my life with IBS-C has gone from horrendously unmanageable and worrisome to wonderfully manageable and hardly ever worrisome.

I hope to be able to talk with you more often since I've decided that I need to make time for this necessary place.

I hope that you all are feeling well today...

Hi....I bought some of that Oxypowder awhile back and tried it one day and nothing happened, but I think it was because I had been taking so many laxatives. Anyhow, I'm not anymore and was wondering how well it worked for you, how you started out, maintenance, etc. Please let me know, you can email me personally also at jaworski1@cox.net

Welcome! OK, as long as I'm identifying myself do you mind if I ask a silly question? Do you keep books in your bathroom to read while you try to go?

I moved last year from New York to Memphis, because my husband got a new job. We took a six day driving trip. My C did act up a little and my stomach did bother me somewhat, but I also did not know about this websight and I was oh so confused about what to eat.
Try not to stress out too much! When things get crazy stop unpacking, take a break, drink some tea and just remember that this move is to make your life better.
Hope you're feeling good.

The one thing I promised myself is that the bathroom would definatly be a work free zone! If anything good comes from my IBS it's that I do actually get a chance to read for pleasure.
By the way, I've been meaning to ask you.. What part of England did you grow up in? My father grew up in London and I have relatives in Ilford as well.
