What would I do without this board?
Thank you all sooo much. All your advice was fantastic. I am going to save this posting for another time when someone close to me upsets me. I know a lot of them try hard not to, but its inevitable because they just don't get it.
I am glad for the flagyl because these tummy bugs were getting to me sooo much. I hate throwing up and even though I didn't, the nausea was that close to making me. But I feel sooo knocked out. My mum said it must be the antibiotics, that they knock people out. But so far my tummy isn't any worse for it, but I've only taken three doses....17 more to go!

hey, thanks for that...the doc has put me on strong probiotics along with the flagyl!!!

hey there,
unfortunately heathers diet didn't agree with me. I cannot tolerate starches and proteins together...any of the meals in the cookbooks are way to complicated for me to digest. I can't tolerate white flour (unless the d is severe), it makes me very bloated. and my c is so chronic most of the time that I need only insolubles (but not too many!!) to get things moving..lots of vegies, three slices of wholewheat bread a day and only brown rice...basically nothing low in fibre!! If I eat to many white things even with the d I end up getting really constipated!
