I was just wondering if you have fibre at bedtime if it turns to fat in your stomach, and if there is a time after when it is not a good time to eat. would that make a person keep from losing weight?

Not sure about the fibre turning into fat, but I have heard that you should stop eating about 3 hours before you go to bed.

If by fiber you mean a supplement such as Fibercon, it isn't absorbed by your body at all and CAN'T turn into fat. If on the other hand you mean soluble fiber foods, such as bread, then yes, don't eat them too close to bedtime or you won't burn off the calories before you go to sleep.
