Difference between Equalactin and Fibercon?

Hey. I am new to the message boards but have been following HEather's books for about a year and a half now with great results!
I am curious through about a differncve between Equalactin and Fibercon. I have tried different supplements, but I like the convenience of Fibercon tablets. I asked a pharmacist about the difference and he said the active ingredient was the same so there was no difference, but I am unsure.
Any advice would be helpful because anything to make IBS more bearable is appreciated!

Have you tried both? I usually use FiberCon, but wonder if the Equalactin would work better. It sounds better, but I am not sure.

I have never tried equalactin, but I do use fibercon and it works well for me. Heather has mentioned using equalactin, though, and has it as a sponsor on her newsletters. I would think that they work about the same, but I don't know for sure.
