The side effects that I was told about: dizziness, drowsiness and very dry mouth are kinda getting me down. If this is just a temporary thing until my body get's used to thr new medication - that;s fine. But if this is going to be a constant thing then I think I'd rather go back to Dicetl that had zero side effects.
Oh, I should state that my tummy is perfectly fine and hasn't been bad for the 2 days that I've taken this new med.
Has anyone taken this for a while? Do the above symtoms go away after a couple of days? I hope so!

i'm not sure about that particular med, but I just started on Lexapro a few days ago and experienced nausea, dizziness and headaches for about the first 3 days, but it's gotten a lot better. So hopefully yours will go away after a few days too. Good luck!

Hello,
It sorta depends on how your body reacts to the medication...for me, the dizziness and drowsiness were totally temporary, it only took me a few days tops to become used to them. And I didn't have any dry mouth with it. I did try librax though (another kind of anti-spasmodic) and I got dry mouth with that one that never went away.
Basically, I think things like dizziness and drowsiness might be a bit easier to adjust to than the dry mouth, but you'll probably find that they all go away within a week or so
Good luck! Kelly
