Hey Everyone, So last week my posting was: "D Everyday is this normal?" Recently I went to a faboulous nutritionist and we found out together that I cannot eat products with gluten in it. And now my doctor is finally going to do some tests on me. She believes I have Celiac. I can barely eat all the good foods anymore and I'm so hungry. But the good side is I'll be healthy and the hunger will fade away (carbs keep you hungry). Thanks for all your support!

I went gluten free for 2 weeks. It is tough but there are products out there if you look around. Search on line too. In the health food section of the grocery store there are gluten free flours (Red Mill Farm I believe). If I had had Celiac I would have eventually written a cookbook - there are some nifty things you can do for your diet. Good luck!
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
