Has anyone tried this, and is it safe for us? I'm trying to get more into fitness and a magazine suggested that drinking this will help lessen the cravings for sweets, since it is flavored... is this a good idea or bad?

I haven't drank those, but I do have a Powerade after breakfast with my walk daily and so far I haven't had any trouble with it. Although I am not sure if it is packed with triggers, so far I have been lucky and had no trouble.

Yum. I love that stuff. I haven't drank it since I've had IBS problems though. I am almost positive it has artificial sweeteners in it - just like Fruit2O, which are triggers.
Also - I heard that Propel isn't all that great for women to drink because for some reason it thins your blood. I don't know how or why, I just remember hearing that.

It's also pretty expensive! I love how it tastes though...I miss it, but I probably won't ever drink it again.
