Hi Everyone -

This is quite a private topic and I hope it doesn't make anyone uncomfortable (although we all seem to talk
about everything anyways).

I used to use Tampons throughout my entire "time" - but it used to cause me major "D" so I have changed
and only use Tampons at work every second day - and sanitary naps and nights and every other day. I
have found this to not cause "D". Has anyone found this to work for them? Or just a coincidence?

Hi,I've found that tampons give me colon cramps, very distincly - I couldn't believe it at first but it's true. So I've just stopped using them for the time being.

In my situation, i have never used tampons, and this month I have had diarrhea a few times while being on the time of the month and I'm IBS-C, and I think thats normal anyways because of the cramps so I just increased my Citracel and that has seemed to help. Most of the people I know that have used tampons in the past and they don't have IBS, have switched back to pads because the tampons were giving them problems. I would do whatever works for you!
