This afternoon out of the blue my tummy got iffy and I had to pop TWO Imodium. Took one, still iffy 20 minutes later, took another one. Feeling better now. Did not eat ANYTHING different than usual. Oh shoot!!!! I just figured it out!! Silly me. I ate something with some dairy in it. Isn't it amazing how our bodies get even with us for cheating??!! I should have at least taken some Lactaid if I was gonna do something stupid!!
Oh well, at least I caught it before it ruined my 6 month streak!!

Whew! Glad to hear that you caught it on time  What did you eat that had dairy? Was it something with some sneaky dairy?

It's good you figured out what it was, eh? At least to my mind, that's a lot more reassuring than eating what is safe and then having a reaction. (that'd be really hard.) And I'm glad you could catch it on time. It's so cool, how long you've been stable!
