I've done a search here on vitamins, trying to determine what might be the best route for me to go. My husband takes some great ones but I don't think they are the best thing for me. Anyway, I saw a couple recommendations of powder form, I'm guessing it's just easier to digest because your body doesn't have to do the work to break down the tablet? I was wondering if any of you had heard of this brand or saw anything here that I should be concerned about/might not tolerate well? My main problems are constipation and gas/bloating. http://www.vitamins-4-all.com/index.asp?cat=37

Thanks!

I would like to know if there is a multivitamin in a liquid form. I can't take the big multivitamins because they get stuck in my stomach. Right now I take around 8-9 different vitamins a day (B-6, B-12, Aloe Vera, Green Tea, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Beta Carotene, Folic Acid). I don't mind doing this everyday, but I would like a multivitamin too.

I know you can get a liquid multi vitamin at the Puritan Pride site in case you're too far from a health food store or vitamin shop. I've been using their vitamins for 20 years, although I like Twin Lab brand for many vitamins. They have them in capsule form and are quickly digested.

One thing I've taken for bloating for the last year or so is NuZymes (nuzymes.com), it's helped me out a lot for meals that are tough to digest.. I first heard about them on an infomercial, but I've found them effective (they are small capsules). They also have a couple multi-vitamins products that may be interest.

i ordered them direct.. not great delivery times and I did have to pay taxes.. but sometimes you can be lucky. I haven't been able to find a source in Canada.
