I made it six whole months no D!! I am so happy and so grateful, to Heather for her books and website, to all of you who have been so supportive, to my doctor for prescribing an SFS and an antispasmodic and then insisting that I take it every day not just when I had an attack, and to my husband, Andy, who cooks such wonderful IBS safe meals for me and has had such patience over the years with all my crazy ever-changing diet rules as I was trying to figure this out. I celebrated by buying a new pair of white cropped jeans that are nice and fitted!! I'm going to wear them ALL SUMMER!! YAY ME!!!!!!! -------------------- Laura Keep it simple!
