Does anyone one take Viactiv calcium chews? Without dairy products, I am not getting enough calcium and I can't take any multivitamins with iron, because they are very constipating, which I really don't need.

Take a multi without iron. GNC makes a great women's formula without iron.

These have high fructose corn syrup in them, tried one and got D immediately. No more for me.
