Breath question

Hi I know this is kind of a strange question but does anybody on the list have a problem with their breath? I've read that it can be caused by stomach problems. If somebody else has this problem could they please give me some advice? Thanks only here could I ask this question nobody else would understand!

Yup! I, too, feel like I have a problem with bad breath. (There's more than one reason that I pop Altoids!)
I also find I have a dry mouth all the time. I am continually drinking water, but that doesn't seem to help.
Any ideas?

I've got that problem too, but don't know of any reasons or solutions, other than my faithful ol' altoids...

Do you swallow the Altoids whole or do you just let them dissolve in your mouth. Do they work??

I tried swallowing them whole once... they don't go down so easy for me. I imagine they work as well as any breath mint. The advantage of Altoids is that the peppermint is supposed to soothe the GI system (as well as fresh breath). I'd have to ask my husband how well they work - he is the one that has to put up with my breath most of the time!

I let the Altoids dissolve in my mouth. I figure that way I'm getting the benefit of the breath mint as well as the soothing peppermint as it dissolves.
