While browsing (or more appropriately torturing myself) in the ice cream aisles, I came across some Edy's whole fruit sorbet that was pretty good. The ingredient list looked ok and I picked out mango (since I heard mangos are good for IBSers, but Im not food of the fruit plainly).
Anyway, its very good stuff. REALLY flavorful-it almost had too much flavor. I dont know if anyone else has tried any, but its a nice choice for summertime refreshment for IBSers.

I just found the webpage for it, but the new flavors ALL have HFCS. The mango doesnt, though.

Hey, I know I musta spelled that wrong! But, I have recently tried Hagendaz fat free mango sorbet, and it was soo dreamy! Even though I am a die hard ice cream fan (or used to be), I think I may love it even more! I didn't feel it had too much flavor, so check it out. I found it at the regular grocery store. I can't remember if it had HFCS. Warning- very addicting! My tummy seems to like more than Tofutti ice cream, too.
Now I want some, but I will have to settle for my mango smoothie instead!

On the sorbet-you got that right. First taste was like "WOW! That's a lot of mango!" I think I'll try the Strawberry next.

MMM, definitely try some other flavors. I've had mango, peach, strawberry, lemon, and boysenberry of the Edy's. Though I love strawberries in general, I have to say that the peach is my favorite. Yum!

Hi Everyone,
Has anyone ever tried the soy delicious brand of ice cream? It is really good! It has like five grams of fiber... and a great flavor. I love the peanut butter zigzag and cookie dough. The plain vanilla is good as well.

I am rather new here, and was wondering if you could tell me what HFCS stands for? Thanks for your time and the treats information! I am looking forward to trying it!

High fructose corn syrup. It's a trigger for a lot of people (though not all).

Welcome, by the way.

Hi Shelby, I also love Soy Delicious and I find it rather hard also. I put the container in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds. I softens nicely. My favorite is the chocolate cherry. Gail

I bought some today thanks! It tastes better than mango. More like guava. Joseph you don't see Chris Kattan in a little hat and shorts when you eat it do you? Mango! LOL

I love that Peanut Butter Zig-Zag. I haven't seen the Cookie Dough, but I'll certainly look for it.
