Does anybody know what the limit of insoluble fiber is per day? Thanks!

I think the general answer is, "The more the better!" In other words, incorporate as much as your body will tolerate, always after getting a good soluble fiber base.

Christine's right. It varies from person to person. I would start with small amounts and gradually increase. You will also find that you tolerate different insolubles differently. For instance, I can't go near whole wheat flour AT ALL, but I handle lettuce salads quite well.
