I am new to this site and to IBS. I need a canned protein drink that I can keep with me as I don't eat meat and am not a vegetarian, which tells you what kind of problem I have with this new way of eating. I'm a pizza and pasta man. So if there are any good canned protein drinks on the market, please let me know. Thanks

Hi, smackin and welcome. I don't know much about the protein drinks myself but there are others who do. It's kinda quiet on the weekends, but I'm sure you'll have a reply by tomorrow.
So you don't eat chicken or fish?? Or did I misunderstand? What about egg white omelets?
Anyway, welcome! Nice to have another guy around all us gorgeous gals!! (Oops, now Jamie's gonna get jealous!) It's a very friendly, funny place and really really helpful. Keep coming back, okay??!!

I'm not sure there are any protein drinks that are dairy free. You can buy soy or rice protein powder and mix it into smoothies, soy yogurt, etc. If you can handle soy, it's a great way to get protein if you don't eat meat. What about seitan, egg whites, beans/rice? Lots of us like luna bars too.

Advantage canned shakes are pretty tasty; I like the Boost canned shakes also. Here's the most nutritionally loaded and tastiest powder shake:
Spiru-Tein protein shake
Comes in lots of other flavors too.

Has anyone tried the Keto Slim High Protein Shakes? It says that it is lactose-free.
I was also looking for a protein drink and want to try this one.
