Hey guys, I havn't posted in a long while... glad to see everyone is still keeping on!
Have any of you tried this stuff?? It is non dairy ice-cream I got at either at Wal-Mart or my local grocery store. It is great!! And it has NO dairy in it and it is very low fat.
You'll have to check it out.

yes, that is the brand name. It comes in a small round ice-cream box container. I'm not sure if there are many flavors, but I got vanilla and chocolate swirl.
It should say MocaMix right on the box. mmmmm!

LauraSue - I haven't been on the boards much. My husband had received some bad news a few weeks ago about his job and it was a little stressful for a bit. But I was able to take a day off work and we drove 10 hours home for the weekend and it was grrrrrreat! Everything is working out and thankfully my symptoms have been fairly good lately.
Just gotta stay positive!!!!
