Increasing Acacia Fiber

I was wondering how can I increase my Acacia fiber? I was increasing it by 1/2 tsp. every 2 weeks. Big mistake. My severe gas and bloating is worse!! Sould I increase it by 1/8tsp. every 3 weeks or every 4 weeks maybe? I don't know what to do.

how many doses a day are you taking the acacia?
are you getting enough insoluble fiber, too? i find that being aware of that can help with some of the bloating and gas.

and then add 1/2 - 1 tsp per day divided between three small doses. I usually experience some cramping and gas for about 4-5 days then it resolves. Hope this helps.

I can only divide my Acacia fiber 3 times since I have severe water retention, gas, bloating so I can only have a certain amount of water. I have some insoluble fiber in one day but I can hardly eat because of severe bloating and gas. My 6 mini meals are the size of snacks. I can only eat a small amount of food in one day or my IBS gets even more severe.
