My inside cat, Bobbie (she has no tail), couldn't learn a trick if her life depended on it. The cool thing she does is lay on her back in the bed, she sits like a human on the couch (I have pics if you don't believe), and she meows to me "MaMa" she only makes that meow to me.She's to lazy to fetch. You can usually find her in the computer room with me, in our bed, or on the arm of the couch next to me. She does like to walk to the dog and head butt her so the dog will lick her head.

What's worse is my sister is a tanner. My Dad has a lot Irish in him and my Mom has a lot of Cherokee. My Mom and Sister tan and have an olive complexion. My Dad and I don't tan and are pale. I wouldn't mind being pale if it was the creamy milky color, but my paleness is pinkish. Oh well, I would much rather be pale and wrinkle free. I'm almost 28 and they just now stopped carding me when I buy my hubby's cigarettes.

oh, i'm not ashamed of being pale. but i do feel like for being in florida i look like a vampire ;-) and beyond that, my great aunt is the darkest caucasian i've ever seen. you wouldn't believe it. she seriously looks like she is african, except for her facial features are shaped like a european. but her skin is SOOO dark. she's been on the beach (she has an oceanfront condo) from 9 am - 4 pm every day of every summer for longer than i've been alive, i think... and i've been around 21 years. so next to her, ANYONE looks like a ghost. it amazes me that she hasn't gotten skin cancer yet.
i talked to my parents about my psychological/emotional problems today, and they're going to help me find a counselor. one more step in the right direction...

I'm really pleased your parents are supportive about this. Having a close group of networks is fantastic for you. I hope you are doing ok and keep us posted.
I have a ginger cat who's aptly named "Simba" from the Lion King as he has a huge ginger maine! He's totally spoilt - sleeps with us, comes up for snugglies and is always getting special treats

LOL Lana, funny you say that everyone has a twin. I think I'm a set of Quadruplets or Qunituplets. When I was going to college there were two girls that looked like they could be my twin. So now there are at least 4. Creepy!!  LOL

I guess I just have one of those faces. I look familiar to everyone. People have stared at me since high school and I guess they are trying to figure out if they know me or not.
